Yes, The Whistle Shop is still around during these trying times.

Our current problem is that some of our shipments come from overseas suppliers, and overseas shipments can be delayed, during the pandemic.

We recommend that you contact us by email before placing a PayPal order using shopping cart at this time, to check availability of your order!!! PayPal will immediately take the money from your account, regardless of whether we’ll be able to ship it right away or not! Credit card orders are fine; we don’t charge your card until we have verified your order.

We have been a trusted name for online musical instrument sales for over 20 years now. We will get through these challenging times. Things will get better!

Orders shipping INSIDE the U.S. :

~ We ship all orders that are to be delivered INSIDE the U.S. by Priority Mail (insured for full value). We find this to be the most reliable method of delivery currently available. You will receive the Tracking Number for your shipment by email.

~ We reserve the right to change your shipping method if you choose a method that we are unable to use for your shipment (for instance, we cannot ship via "Priority Mail International" to customers inside the U.S.). If we need to change your shipping method, we will choose the least expensive shipping method that we offer for your order.

Orders shipping OUTSIDE the U.S. :

~ If your order is shipping outside of the United States, You MUST choose the following shipping method when you check-out:
   "ALL orders outside the U.S. (Insured Priority Mail International) - A total including freight will be sent via email to you."
In most cases, you will then be sent an email that gives you a choice between two shipping methods - "Insured Priority Mail International", or "First-Class Package International". That email will outline the costs and details of both shipping methods.

~ IMPORTANT NOTE for PayPal Customers located outside the United States - When you check-out, you will make the PayPal payment for your order, but the amount that you pay will NOT include the shipping charge! We will send an Order Confirmation Email to you that includes a copy of your invoice. That invoice will show the Grand Total for the merchandise that you are ordering only. We will then send a second email to you for the shipping charge. We will also "PayPal Payment Request" to your email address for the shipping charge. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about this.

~ Postage for International shipments can be quite high - shipping costs start at around $16.00 U.S. Dollars and go up from there. International shipping charges are based on the exact weight, value and destination country of the individual shipment.

~ We never add any additional "handling" or "packaging" fees for international shipments. The price quoted to you for shipping will be the exact cost of postage only.

~ Please feel free to contact us by email to ask the shipping charge before you place your order - be sure to include a detailed list of the items that you will be ordering, as well as the Country that you live in.

~ Your Country may impose a "Duty" fee when the shipment is delivered to you. We have no way of knowing in advance if your Country will impose a Duty Fee, or what that fee might be.

~ If you are located outside of the U.S., please be sure to include your complete address when you submit your order! Your international shipment has to travel a very long way (changing hands many times) - it is VERY important that you provide your COMPLETE shipping address!
