Dixon instruments are made in the UK by Tony Dixon (also well known for his high quality Polymer Flutes). This whistle uses the same mouthpiece as Tony's other very popular whistles, but it has an Brass body. This gives it a very nice, bright tone (and a little more volume) than his all-plastic whistles, while still retaining the sweet sound that Dixon whistles are so well known for.

 

 

They play easily in both octaves, making them perfect for the beginner as well as the experienced player.
