at The Whistle Shop
Hi All,
I’ve heard from quite a few of our Slow Session “Regulars” that they will be attending The Chieftains concert this Friday night in Springfield, IL. There is also an open Irish Session scheduled at Bootlegger’s Lounge in Springfield right after the show (let me know if you’d like more details about the Session). Needless to say, the people that are attending The Chieftains show and the Session (myself included) might not be up to playing at the Slow Session the next morning…
In other words, there will NOT be a Slow Session on Saturday January 17th! We have decided to reschedule our next Slow Session to the following weekend - Saturday January 24th, from 10:00am – Noon. I hope that this is not a major inconvenience for anyone.
