To Slow Session Group (but NOT really Slow Session related)

Hi All,

Martha Tyner asked me to pass this on to everyone that might be looking for something to do on St. Patrick’s Day around lunchtime:

“Sue Seebring, from the volunteer office at BroMenn Hospital (in Normal, IL), wonders if there are any musicians who could play Irish music at their auxiliary luncheon on March 17.  (I think this is a regular, monthly meeting that just happens to fall on St. Patrick's Day this year.) It's a volunteer opportunity; they just want some background music 11:30-12:30.  Lunch would be provided.

I'm willing--I could play guitar or mandolin.  Anyone else who would be available and interested, please email me mtyner@iwu.edu and if we can acquire "critical mass", I'll let her know and confirm with everyone.

Thank you,

Martha Tyner”

(end of quote)

I hope that quite a few of you can join Martha for this! I wish that I could be there to play too, but our band’s always pretty busy on St. Patrick’s Day.
