at The Whistle Shop
Hi All,
I hope that everyone had a chance to make it over to Peoria’s Erin Feis this weekend. It was a great time - fantastic music, good food, great people. If you didn’t make it there this year, mark your calendars for next year!
Our next Slow Session will be on Saturday August 30th from 10:00am – Noon! Bloomsday is playing at Lexington’s “Taste of Country Fair” on Saturday September 6th, so Kevin and I won’t be available to have a Slow Session on that day. We should be able to get back to our “1st and 3rd Saturday” schedule after that.
I still haven’t added a recording of “Wind That Shakes the Barley” to the website yet; I’ll try to get together with Kevin sometime this coming week and get it done. I’ll send out another email when I get the recording posted at the website.
