  This is from Walton's very popular "Ireland's Best" series of books, and contains 110 traditional Irish tunes. While not written specifically for whistle, but you will find that the tunes are easily played on a D whistle (almost all of the tunes are in the keys of D or G).

Guitar chords are included with each tune

This book is not intended as a tutorial!
It has no fingering charts, or music reading lessons. It is an excellent book for someone that can already read music.
